Shipping and handling are extra. Our standard boxing fee is boxing starts at $15.00 and goes up and our minimum crating charge is $95.00 and goes up, depending on the size of the crate. Shipping charges are determined after the trophy is boxed/crated, weighed and measured. If you have a Fed Ex or UPS shipping account, we can charge to your account. It is less expensive to ship to a business address versus a residence. The balance due and shipping must be paid prior to shipping.

TROPHIES FROM OUTSIDE THE U.S. (Africa, Asia, Canada, Mexico, New Zealand, etc.).

All shipments originating outside the United States should be sent freight collect through the Port of Entry at DFW.

Prior to your hunt, and upon returning, please contact Colby Hughes at Coppersmith
817-421-8989, ext 113 or e-mail: mailto:dfwtro@coppersmith.com. to arrange the necessary paperwork for arrival of the trophies in your name. Upon clearance of your trophies in Dallas/Ft. Worth, an agent will contact you directly for payment prior to releasing the shipment to us.

It is very important that Damuth Taxidermy’s and the client’s contact information is on the shipping documentation.

We will be more than happy to make trophy tags with the above information pre-printed for your convenience. Let us know the number of tags you might need.
